One-stop service
1️⃣One-Stop Injection Molding & Mold Making Service
From concept to mass production, we provide a fully integrated manufacturing solution. Our one-stop service covers mold design, mold flow analysis, tooling fabrication,
precision injection molding, secondary operations (assembly, pad printing, ultrasonic welding), and strict quality inspection.
By keeping everything in-house, we eliminate coordination risks between multiple suppliers, shorten lead times, and ensure consistent part quality. Whether you need
a prototype mold for testing or high-volume production with IATF 16949 compliance, we handle it all under one roof.

👉DFM report: Resolve the issues before mold opening.
Before we start the mold production, we will help you identify any design issues, including:
-Is the wall thickness uniform?
-Is the demolding angle reasonable?
-Mold Feasibility and Risk Assessment
What does this mean to you❓ —— It avoids the costs and time losses associated with later mold modifications.
👉Mold flow analysis: Get it right the first time
Before actually cutting and molding the part, we first simulate the entire injection molding process in the computer - predicting the filling, holding pressure, cooling and warpage.
What does this mean to you ❓——What you get is a "do it right the first time" template, rather than "give it a try".
2️⃣After entering the mold design and mold opening stage, we will initiate a transparent project supervision process for you: from the project start, we will provide a detailed work progress schedule, and actively report the progress to you at fixed times each week to ensure that all communication and inspection information is synchronously archived. Even if you are far away, you can achieve zero information differences and control every node as if you were on-site.

3️⃣After the mold is successfully opened, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection, assembly and on-machine testing of the mold. Once all the structures and part accuracy are confirmed to be qualified, it will be smoothly transferred to the mass production stage, ensuring stable and worry-free production in the future.
