Preliminary communication during the design stage
During the stages of structural analysis, mould flow analysis, and mould structure design, our engineering team maintains close interaction with the customers. If the customers request adjustments to the plan or design optimization at this stage, we will conduct a feasibility assessment immediately and quickly complete the drawing changes and confirmation, ensuring that the subsequent processing is not affected and avoiding project delays caused by design changes.
Collaboration between CNC programming and processing stage
Once the design is finalized and enters the processing phase, we still maintain a rapid response mechanism for emergency changes. For reasonable modification requests proposed by the customer during the processing, we will coordinate the programming, CNC, and EDM processes based on the current processing progress, complete the adjustment with the minimum cost and the fastest speed, and ensure that the mould development progress is consistent with the customer's expectations.
Closed-loop confirmation during the mould testing and verification stage
From T1 mould testing to T2 and T3 verification, and finally to the output of the sample measurement report, we always take the customer's approved sample as the node. During this process, if the customer raises new opinions regarding the sample size, appearance, or assembly effect, we will immediately organize an internal review, adjust the mould design, and arrange for rapid mould modification and re-testing until the product fully meets the customer's requirements.
